Shipping policy 

  • You  must obtain  a  Return Merchandise Exchange  Authorization Number  (MEAN) upon a photo of the defective  item and your item must meet defect in manufacturing missed through quality control. The item must  be sent to the following Address  joedirtproducts 1468 SW Main Blvd  Lake City FL 3205 with all original packaging  within 14days of receiving your RMEAN for further inspection by our dedicated time.

  • You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for the exchanged your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, If you are offered a refund due to product being out of stock, unless item is on back order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
